Licensing & Accounts

Learn how to activate, renew, and deactivate your licenses to keep your plugin up to date and fully functional.

Proper license management ensures continued access to updates, premium features, and support.

This documentation explains how to manage your licenses and account for Woopy Plugins. It covers activation, website registration, license expiration, downloads, and account management.

License Activation

  • When you purchase a license, it must be activated on the websites where you want to use the plugin.
  • Each license can only be activated on the allowed number of websites according to its type.
  • It is necessary to register the website where the license will be used. Once this is done, the license can be activated on it

Register Website

  • To register a website, go to the Licenses tab in your account.
  • Click Add Website, enter the domain, and confirm.
  • This step is required to activate your license on that website.

Manage Websites

  • You can edit or remove registered websites from your account at any time.
  • ⚠️ Important: If you modify or remove a domain with an active license, the plugin will stop working on that website.
  • To edit a website, click the domain name, change it in the text field, and click save.
  • To remove a website, click the domain and then remove.

License Expiration

  • Your plugin will continue to work, and you will keep receiving updates and standard support even if your license expires.
  • You will still be able to manage website activations normally.
  • Premium support will no longer be available.
  • To regain premium support, you need to renew your license.
  • For renewal, look for the Renewal link in your account page.

Downloads

  • All downloadable files corresponding to your license(s) are available in the Downloads section of your account.
  • Click the product name in the Download column to obtain the ZIP file.
  • Multiple files may be available for different versions of the same product.
  • By default, files are saved in your Downloads folder on your computer, but this may vary depending on your device settings.

Accounts

  • An account is automatically created when you purchase a license.
  • Without an account, you cannot register websites or activate licenses.
  • An email is sent with account details. You must activate your account by setting a password.
  • You can update your account information, view orders, and manage your email and password from the account page.
