You must register your website by entering its domain, before activating the license on your websites.
This step ensures that the license can be validated and activated on the specified sites
Registering a Website
On your account page, under the “Licenses” tab, you will find information related to your license:
- Order number associated with the license
- Plugin name (product)
- License plan (Personal, Agency, or Pro)
- License key
- Activations / available slots
Below this information, there is a text field where you can enter the domain of the website you want to register.
Steps to Register a Website to a License
- Go to your account → Licenses tab.
- Enter your website’s domain without the https:// prefix. Just the domain name, for example:
mysite.com. - Click the Submit button.
Once completed successfully, the new website will appear in the list of registered websites.
If you have more than one license, be sure you are registering the website under the desired license
Please be aware that websites without an active SSL certificate cannot use our plugins, and the license cannot be activated in such cases
