We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
Refunds will only be granted within this period, and requests must be submitted through our official support channel.
The appearance of errors, bugs, or compatibility issues does not extend or restart the 30-day refund period. However, we are committed to doing our best to resolve any technical issues that may arise, as long as your license remains active.
Failure to contact us or open a support ticket within 30 days does not extend the refund period.
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion, and repeated refund requests may result in license termination.

Active license holders are entitled to regular updates and support during the license validity period.
Support is limited to bug fixes, technical assistance, and guidance on plugin functionality.

To receive support, you must have a valid and active license.
